Ordered a front door and sliding patio door in September 2020. I was told it would be a long wait and I was ok with that. Installation which happened at 2 different times went well, except all parts to the front door were not included. Fast forward to March 2021. Front door finally complete and inspection scheduled for today 3/29/21. Guess what, front door installed is not the same door that was installed. More paperwork to be done, and I will have to be home for yet another inspection when they sort it out. I am so disencha... read more

Seven years after Clear Choice installed our sliding glass doors we began to experience a problem with them not sliding easily. The screen door also was not easy to slide. Gary came out and repaired all of our issues at no charge. He was a pleasure to work with and left everything cleaner than he found it.
Ordered windows in May 2017. Installation was SEPTEMBER 2017. Three years later, I am waiting for the FOURTH replacement (Fifth window installation) in my kitchen, have had one seal failure in one bedroom replaced, and am also awaiting a seal failure replacement in a second bedroom. In one room, after window washing, I had water coming inside the house. I was told that I should re caulk my windows every year. The last replacement need in my kitchen was reported March 5. Installation of doors occurred May 22-26, but final installation of finish strips over screws post-county inspection not scheduled until June 17. If I had known that the total installation time would be 4 weeks, I would have hired another company. I do not recommend.

Installation for this project occurred between the days of May 22nd and 23rd of 2020. Client was given the option to not install due to Covid-19, but proceeded with installation and made adjustments to home to move forward. Monday May 25th 2020, was a holiday and with limited work hours customer was reached on May 28th to schedule an inspection. Sarasota County only had availability for June the 1st 2020.
