We had windows installed a few years ago, not sure of the year. Have had continual problems when it rains with a back porch window and have had service done to the window in the past. On December 4, 2023 it rained again and the window leaked which runs down the floor. We are unable to get a resolution to this problem. When you spend over 20 thousand dollars to install windows throughout your home you dont expect this type of service.

I have always used Clear Choice Windows and it was always a positive experience. However, I have now decided to never use them again because of the incredible delay in getting the product. On 2/16/22 I ordered 2 new windows. I was told that there could be a delay of 4 to 6 months in getting them. Today when I called because it is now 8 months, i was told that they might be in on or about 11/15, which will bring my total wait to 9 months (assuming that date is even real). My front door install was completed by Clear Choice Windows today. I am totally and completely happy with my wind rated door purchase and installation. Two employees, Lanie and Brian both skilled and professional. I watched as they removed the old door with such care, protecting it from damage. I also watched the install. Completely satisfied with Clear Choice! Had entry door, 2 sliders and one (large) window replaced. Everything went as promised or better. Salesman Zach was professional and honest. Communication is great. All installers were friendly and professional and always arrived on time. Recommend them 100%!
When I had them installed ten years ago the service was excellent. Now I ordered a caulk job done on one side of one window and they left me hanging all morning and then did not call back. I had to call them. So if you are spending 20K on a new installation they are great but service afterwards is lacking.

Ms. ****** did indeed purchase windows from us in 2015/2016. We have been to the home a total of 8 times for various service reasons, with today being the 9th visit. And no reported complaints.
