I had all my windows replaced, it was a great experience from start to finish. They helped me pick the most cost effective option that matches and protects my home.
I had all of my windows, sliders and front door replaced by Clear Choice and we could not be happier! The team showed up when they said they would, were extremely professional and kind. Biggest thing I noticed that every day when they left, you'd never know they were there - so clean and tidy. I left almost daily to run errands and do work things and I never once felt uncomfortable. We had windows installed a few years ago, not sure of the year. Have had continual problems when it rains with a back porch window and have had service done to the window in the past. On December 4, 2023 it rained again and the window leaked which runs down the floor. We are unable to get a resolution to this problem. When you spend over 20 thousand dollars to install windows throughout your home you dont expect this type of service.

I have always used Clear Choice Windows and it was always a positive experience. However, I have now decided to never use them again because of the incredible delay in getting the product. On 2/16/22 I ordered 2 new windows. I was told that there could be a delay of 4 to 6 months in getting them. Today when I called because it is now 8 months, i was told that they might be in on or about 11/15, which will bring my total wait to 9 months (assuming that date is even real). My front door install was completed by Clear Choice Windows today. I am totally and completely happy with my wind rated door purchase and installation. Two employees, Lanie and Brian both skilled and professional. I watched as they removed the old door with such care, protecting it from damage. I also watched the install.
