Scheduled an appointment for today. We were scheduled between 11 and 1. It is 3 o’clock now and still no show. I called several times and heard lame excuses (bad cell service, long morning job, etc). Seems like an unprofessional company if I can’t even get courtesy calls. Do not recommend.

Don't waste your time calling this company. They'll quote you one price, then pull a bait and switch when they come out. We sent them away.

Awful experience and would NEVER hire them again. Cleaner showed up on time, we went through the project, determined what needed to be done and what wouldn't be done, gave him a check and left for an appointment. Came home to windows that weren't cleaned and a note that I didn't pay the full amount. I gave him a check for exactly what we had agreed to. He tried to up sell me by 45% of the job cost when I have 13% more square footage than base price. We cut back the number of windows (together) to get to the base square foota... read more

I would not recommend this company. I responded to a flyer that was at my door a couple of weeks ago for a Spring Special (should have known better). The guy that came out was named Dietrick. The first level was fine but the second level windows were left with streaks and dried up (dripping) water. I had him touch up a few before he left, but felt bad because all he had was a small ladder to use for 20 foot + windows. My experience with clear choice has been an extremely pleasant and professional one. Steven was extremely helpful and friendly! My windows have never looked better and I've already had multiple compliments on how. Crystal clear my windows are.
