i have to say we waited a long time for this appointment and it was definitely worth wait Dr Patel his nurses and the staff were absolutely amazing they stepped up made all the appointments needed and necessary to make sure my daughter was comfortable we were able to finally have a diagnosis and a proper treatment plan highly recommend this office for all your dermatology needs the front desk manager and the front desk is doing an amazing job making sure things runs smoothly thank you all you guys so much for what you do it ... read more
"Sorry, we are ccurrently short staffed, thank you for your understanding". This has been posted at their front desk for over a year. We've now had 5 appointments here, each time waiting over an hour past our appointment, at least. My child *still* has not received treatment. The first appointment, the doctor came in with 2 other staff members, barely looked at my child, asked what he's tried before coming here, and said "he needs Accutane. Go get bloodwork, come back in, we'll fill out paperwork and get you started". Got bl... read more
Total chaos. I ended up leaving before being seen. I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment and there were still four people ahead of me. Staff was sweet and was trying their best, but zero regard for other people's schedules. Kids running all around the waiting area, bored. Just kind of a yucky setting all around.
