Well this was my first experience with this office and from the moment I walked in the door I felt deeply unwelcome. I have a rare condition called AIGA, that makes hot weather (it's very hot today) very dangerous for me, and extreme light sensitivity. So driving is impossible, and commuting by bus would have been very dangerous. Fortunately I have access to medical transport, but no control over when they pick me up or drop me off.
