I have purchased many cars from Neil over the past several years, and I would never go anywhere else. He means what he says and says what he means. I like that! Just made another purchase a few days ago and my wife and I love it already. It is so clean and well kept and runs like a champ. This is where you go for a used car; case closed!
i had an awesome experience there. worked with the owner Neil, who owns all of the locations, to purchase my suburban. though Denton who seems to be the right hand man at least at the Mechanicsburg location is great too. they were both very helpful and friendly. Neil worked above and beyond (even emailing back and forth when he was off the clock from his personal email at home) to get me a great deal, and awesome terms with members first. Horrible buying experince. Halfway through the deal, the dealer said "You know what, I don't wanna do the deal" and made me leave. The saleman Mitch was horrible!

I just came across this review, our family has purchased a few vehicles there over the years. We've always been treated very well. We know other people who have also done business there and were pleased. I read some of the other reviews and I have to ask, are we talking about the same place?
So I saw a car for sale on their mechanicsburg lot. Of course, like any car buyer, you research the company. I stumbled across this page and was in shock of the reviews. They all were horrible!!!!. BUT I loved the Benz that they were selling. So I went into the lot myself. 1. EVERYONE IS SUPER FRIENDLY 2. You WILL get a price REDUCTION if you go in hard nose and act like a penny pincher. (got 1400 off) 3. You are buying a used car.... so they allow you to bring your mechanic to their lot... which is weird... but My mechanic ... read more
Whatever you do, do not buy a car here! We purchased a vehicle last year and within months things started to go wrong with it - now the car is completely useless to us. Fingers crossed we'll get some trade in value for it.
Clear Choice should be called Clear Rip Off! Bought a car and within 24 hours I needed a new battery, a new alternator and there is an engine leak. Went back to the owner with my repair bills, and he would not stand behind the car even after just two days. Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE - YOU WILL BE SORRY.
