My daughter, Abigail, is 7 months old and has always hated her car seat! She screamed and screamed no matter what we did. I was scared to take her to the chiropractor because I thought they would be doing big adjusting and popping. But that is not at all what it was. It looks like an amazing baby massage. I've been to many chiropractors over the years and this is hands down the best experience I've had. As a massage therapist, I understand and agree with the upper cervical philosophy; when the spine is aligned the body repairs itself. There's no uncomfortable twisting or cracking, and if you don't need am adjustment you don't get one. Clear Chiropractic has totally changed my life! I feel an overall reduction in pain, anxiety, and depression. Also, as funny as this may sound I actually feel "optimistic" after an adjustment-as though there was a lack, or sometimes an overabundance of sensory input that was limiting me from my life force, and sometimes even my true self.
