Do not even think about using this service. Jeff, the owner, is a nice guy but clearly doesn't know how to run a business. The people he sends out are incompetent if they even show up. When I complained that I didn't think the service person was coming he told me that if I suspected that to "let him know so he can check on it". First of all that was what I was already doing and second it's not my responsibility to make sure his people are providing the service I am paying for.
