Honest, reliable, and get strait to the issue. Had issues with my water heater and they sent out Christian very professional and knowledgeable in his trade he knew exactly what needed to get done and he got it done.
RecommendedMy expected $125 drain cleaning turned into a $2200 job. At first I was upset, but Jose explained everything. He gave me worse case regarding completing job and completed early. Job was well done. They showed me the blocked drain proving how bad the blockage was. Staff were polite and cleaned up after themselves.
Came out for a free estimate on our water heater. He Did not ask me before turning gas line on that I would be charged since he turned it on and the water heater started on its own. Then I was told it would be 125.00 because he did work. The water heater went out again within 2 hours. I called and the owner was rude and could care less. These guys are awesome. Hired them for relocating my kitchen sink during my remodel. They provided a good quote and delivered excellent quality of work. Would not hesitate to work with them or recommend them.
I was very pleased with the work done. If it wasn't for their knowledge and overview of the job, I could have probably had a much greater problem in down the road. They worked quickly and neatly and without any wasted time. I would have no problem recommending them.
Very quick and efficient! Called on Saturday and someone was able to come out the next day. Installed a gas shutoff valve and helped to prepare a couple other odds and ends so I could have my new washer and dryer installed. Thanks!
Called on a Saturday, but they were busy. They called back when they were free and arrived shortly. He was able to clear the drain and adjust the water pressure in less than an hour. Quick, friendly service that doesn't cost an arm and a leg! Thanks, Jose!
