I have been going to here for almost a year. Vanessa the doctor, she is the sweetest! She makes sure your doing great on the medications if prescribed. Also the front desk staff is very welcoming! And I never have to wait very long to be called back to be seen!
Love the atmosphere,the people are always nice and smiling and very helpful.these guys will go out of their way to help you.cant find that anywhere nowadays but clean slate clinic👍💖💯👼

It is a really nice place. Staff are friendly and courteous. They seem to actually care about the patients overall health, and that you get clean and stay clean.
