My experience with CleanMark Group has been extremely disappointing. The company consistently demonstrates poor communication, disorganization, and a lack of professionalism. Cleaning services are often rushed or incomplete, leaving me to address tasks they were hired to perform. Management is unresponsive, and there appears to be little accountability for their staff. Hired them for a recent commercial cleaning job, they were fabulous! Definitely delivered more than they said they would do! On time and super thorough. Will be recommending to friends and family as well.
