I booked the service because our vents were blowing out a strange smell. Technician Samuel was very professional and started with a full inspection. He performed air duct cleaning and found mold that needed treatment. He also did blower cleaning and coil cleaning, which improved the airflow right away. The furnace was also cleaned thoroughly. He suggested UV light installation, and it has already made the air smell fresher. I really appreciated his attention to detail, and I’d give the whole experience five stars.
