The first cleaning was great and then it quickly went down hill. She didn’t dust most surfaces (tv stands, shelves, dressers, window sills), she didn’t clean the kitchen floor under the cabinets, didn’t clean one of the toilets, didn’t empty bathroom trash completely, didn’t clean the stove top, didn't clean the shower or it’s door, didn’t wipe down the kitchen counters, amongst other things and she ate her lunch in my home and left her dishes behind. She also won’t return my texts and hasn’t refunded me.

Very personal when cleaning it’s great. She did the dishes without me asking thank you. It’s the little things that matter.
