I have been a customer of Joann's Cleaning Service off and on for about 5 years. Joann has been consistently warm, accommodating and professional. I have not had any problems scheduling cleanings. The crew always arrive at their scheduled time and through the years, I have not had to worry about a scheduled cleaning having to be rescheduled or delayed. My favorite crew is Luvia's crew. Very unprofessional and unorganized . The cleaning employees do not understand English and they did not comprehend simple task . Joann is very rude, unprofessional and does not train her employees adequately nor does she teach them English . The whole experience was terrible . Definitely would not recommend Joann to clean anything I own ever again .
