Locally Owned & Operated. We have been cleaning the Metro Atlanta and surrounding Counties for many years. We have had most of our Clients since the 90's. They still love to have us clean their homes and make their lives happy and free to do the things they love instead of having to worry about house cleaning. I have been a customer of Joann's Cleaning Service off and on for about 5 years. Joann has been consistently warm, accommodating and professional. I have not had any problems scheduling cleanings. The crew always arrive at their scheduled time and through the years, I have not had to worry about a scheduled cleaning having to be rescheduled or delayed. My favorite crew is Luvia's crew. Very unprofessional and unorganized . The cleaning employees do not understand English and they did not comprehend simple task . Joann is very rude, unprofessional and does not train her employees adequately nor does she teach them English . The whole experience was terrible . Definitely would not recommend Joann to clean anything I own ever again .
