My wife confirmed the appointment earlier this week, and then late the night before you sent a Facebook message asking for another confirmation. She never saw the Facebook message, and instead of calling or texting, our appointment was canceled. What makes this especially frustrating is that I own an HVAC company and use Housecall Pro as well. Your website even says you use Housecall Pro. The system automatically sends appointment confirmations and reminders by text, along with notifications when the technician is on the way... read more
