I lost my phone while in the ER and the company located it during laundry services. They called my husband's phone and provided a time for me to retrieve my phone. They were honest, quick to contact me, and extremely understanding. When I arrived, the building was extremely clean and made me feel better about the hospital linens. Knowing they take pride in the building that is never seen, gave me confidence that they do a fantastic job caring for the hospital laundry. Honest people get 5 stars in my book!
Garbage Company Very Unprofessional on all Categories just on how they operate and clean their linen. The linen is dirty disgusting and gross even the bins they come in are rusty with vomit stains on them. Poor communication to their Customers when things are ask to be done correctly it’s like talking to the Toy Story characters. This Company just needs Help.
