Vehicle usually still comes out dirty on the other end and today they didn’t even bother to wet anything down or try to clean the bugs off the windshield or anything before they sent me through and the vacuums wasn’t on
Been going here for a couple years, never been disappointed until now. Went in on 3/10/24 and received the worst wash I've ever had from any car wash. Paid for the 25$ wash but it definitely wasn't that, not all brushes were working, tire shine didn't apply. The guys there scrubbed it decent but the brushes in the car wash scratched the side of my truck enough to where I'll have to buff it. So I told the guys and they offered a re-wash. Not sure what has happened to this place. It used to be great. It’s like they don’t care about the business anymore. The people who help guide you onto the wheel tracks barely looked at me and did not spray any water/cleaner on my car like that have every other time for the past years. None of the cleaning bottles are ever full. I went today and there were barely any rag and out of the 10 bottles or cleaning spray that I found after walking around the entire place only two had a tiny bit inside.
