A few months or so ago, this place, under new ownership, was failing BADLY. I even spoke to a man one day after a wash, and he agreed. The morning crew was not filling towels and liquids. They were probably just in the office doing whatever, until someone came and got a wash. Then, Joseph, the shift manager, took over and changed it around. MORE TOWELS, BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, and WINDOW CLEANER AND ALL-PURPOSE FLUID was finally being restocked lol. Review edit after dealing with customer service, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NONE AT ALL ACTUALLY. I WAS GIVEN 0 HELP, TILL THE POINT I STARTED GATHERING EVIDENCE & THEN SHOWING UP AT THIS LOVATION SEVERAL TIMES. I WAS AN EMPLOYEE TOO ACTUALLY. THEIR HR DEPARTMENT NEVER RESPONDED.
