Dennis was very easy to work with. Quick call back and easy scheduling. He was on time, in fact a little early which was awesome. He checked out our boiler flue as well as cleaned our dryer vent and wood stove flue. We had been using one of the bigger companies but they lost the personal touch and had no consideration for my time and didn't honor an appointment. Clean Sweep Chimney Service will be our go to company for our annual cleaning.
He was excellent. Professional, and honestI - did not clean two of the three flues we have because they did not need cleaning, recommended some follow up work for spring. He cleaned up after himself as well, no debris or disorder. Sent a thank you card a few days after service. We will definitely use again, highly recommend!
Recommend Clean Sweep!!!! Dennis is so easy to work with. He returns all calls, shows up on time.... and is so honest! He could’ve charged me for a full cleaning... but didn’t because my chimney didn’t need it. I appreciate his honest and work ethic immensely!!!
