I left a gallon size bag of loose change in a door pocket. )I know I should have removed it.). The bag of change was TAKEN from my car, the dashboard was not even dusted or wiped at all, the driver's side floor mat was cleaned but then thrown in upside down. I talked to the manager to no avail. I paid $27 plus a $5 tip to have my small SUV cleaned. They offered NOTHING as any sort of apology -- no redo, no refund, didn't even get my tip back. Very poor customer relations!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Had my sons car cleaned as a surprise for Christmas and they did a horrible job! It was 34.00 and when I got in there was still mud on the floor and everything that had been wiped was with a dirty towel and streaked. I very nicely asked for it to be cleaned again on the In side and was told that if I wanted it cleaned better it would be 20.00 more. Won’t be back EVER!

After being charged $2.00 extra for an oversized vehicle (it's a Prius!) I was told it's because it's a hatchback. Then it was not even vacuumed in the back. Go to another car wash. Customer service is not on their menu.

$29 for the Superworks interior clean and it DOESNT include your seats?? But you can pay $15 more dollars for them to wipe your seats down. Give me a break. They don’t do that at Jeff’s car wash. Everyone leaves with a squeaky clean interior.
