Payed for a premium interior cleaning, interior was not clean. Bumper of my car was keyed/damaged. They labored on a job that would have taken no time to do correctly. I’ll be calling for a refund.

Stopped in today to get my Denali washed. They signaled that it was ready, got to my truck it was still dirty, opened the door, had not been wiped down or vacuumed out, and the weather tech floor mats were all shoved behind the drivers side seat and on the back seat WET! Spoke to the manager, no resolution, expect the excuse that there was new help today! So, $32 later truck still not clean. Poor customer service!

I got here at 2:15. Wanted my car washed, vacuumed, and wiped down. It’s now almost 4:00 and I’m still waiting. The manager told me that another car was in front of me because they were getting $258 service. A lady that pulled in right behind me, got the same service, has been gone for about 30 minutes. DONT USE THIS CARWASH UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS TO KILL. And I haven’t even seen the work yet.
