Isabella was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly sweet. She made the entire experience seamless and so much more comfortable than I expected. What really stood out was how encouraging she was. At one point she reminded me, “You’re a mom, you got through that, you can get through this.” That simple comment made me laugh and instantly relaxed me. Place is beautiful! A little pricey. All i wanted was an eyebrow wax. I was given a tablet with over 30 questions. I understand the medical but I don't need to provide address, email, birthday, etc... just to get 1 simple service.

The service is always top-notch, and Mindy at the front desk went above and beyond for me today—she was super helpful and actually found a way to save me money!
