Worst place ever !!!!! They have a mileage on vehicles and they don’t tell you when purchasing!!! BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER!!!!! And very rude and like to hang up on customers especially SHAMBRI OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WITH 28% INTEREST RATES!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!
Nene is FABULOUS! That's the ONLY good part of this review. I bought a car from this lot 6 weeks ago. $2500 down payment and the car was in the shop twice in the first few weeks with issues. Brittany is the service manager and i had to get the office manager involved to get her to call me back. Update : I ain’t gone lie sales team like I said is phenomenal. Whole nine yards but financing and insurance I’m highly upset right now. I rather just buy out a car or actually go to a real dealership Do not purchase a vehicle here the other reviews are not lying! Save yourself trouble foreal! I bought A Car from there finish paying it out never got title. I called today to ask about the title. She catches an attitude and tell me the DMV must’ve lost it and it’s not their job so if I be y’all look elsewhere for vehicle because they’re very unprofessional over there now I have to pay for a title that I never got we’re looking for a vehicle be very mindful that these people are just out here for your money….
