Jeff, Roy and crew did a huge commercial job for fire and water damage. The building had a small amount of water damage and complete smoke damage. The area cleaned was 60000 sq ft. The building was 120 years old and completely filled with inventory. I called them immediately after the incident and they were on the job within 1 hour. I discovered that my sump pump had failed late at night, flooding my basement. Jeff responded within a short time of when I called and came to my house immediately. He was onsite until close to 3 am to get a fast start on the drying/cleaning process. He kept me informed on each daily visit and worked with me on the best plan of action for my situation.
