Terrible experience. Used the wrong product on my new cabinets (a degreaser) and wrecked them. The guy who runs the company said he’d continue to use the same degreaser on other peoples cabinets rather than take responsibility. Be warned- they’ll leave your home worse than they found it then be obnoxious about it.
Easy booking and on time arrival. Love it! I was a little concerned by how easy the process was to book a cleaning, but this company has their act together. On a Saturday morning when it was raining like crazy, they arrived on time and did a really thorough job. I'll be using them again soon.
Bebe is great! Bebe from Clean Popo is great. She did the initial cleanings of my place and since then I always request to have her on the team that comes. Really thorough clean and done without wasting any time. The manager usually shows up with a team of 2 or 3 and gets it all done in 2-2.5 hours depending. I like that they do carpet cleaning too. Makes it easier for the once a year deep deep clean.
WOW is all I have to say! I have used a few other local cleaning services in the past and was never all that impressed, but Clean Popo is incredible. They clean EVERYTHING and make my place shine every week. I have already recommended them to everyone in my apartment bulding, but wanted to come on here to sing their praises too. They are truly a cut above the rest.
