Zero customer service. Had them for a year, zero customer service at the end. Reply to the owner: The owner himself has met the dog. Said that it was okay and understood the situation. Furthermore, no phone calls were made to my phone on the day of question. For the folks reading this message, they aren't a bad company, but do know they WILL NOT work with you on days or people. They change the schedule. I would look elsewhere for your needs if you want consistency.
