Hello, Got a surprise today by Mr. BRANDO! He told me pool was cloudy. I told him I had mistakenly locked the control panel on our pool pump. He asked if he could take a look? I told him that would take an "expert with ZODIAC equipment and had one schedule. In a few minutes, he corrected my problem!! I did my best to tip him $50.00, and HE WOULD NOT TAKE IT!! When was the last time anyone has had that kind of service??!! I hope this does get advertised because his service needs to be recognized.
Very professional, completed work on schedule, answered all questions, great experience.
Aiden our pool tech is the best! He figured out the problem with our pool and it is running perfectly again! He always takes his time and makes sure the job is done thoroughly.
Truly disappointed. I hired this company because they came highly recommended and have service awards etc… my pool has been neglected… I came home one day after a service appointment to find the pool cloudy and dirty. They came the next day made adjustments added chemicals etc… didn’t solve the problem, now the pool has Algae one day after service… I’ve canceled and will find another firm.
Aiden did excellent work cleaning, installing and communicating the condition of our salt cell. Technicians have been trustworthy and hard working.
