We recently had a house cleaned out that was a hoarding situation along with spill over of sewage throughout the house. Decided to google Bio hazard clean-up and found a local company called Clean Keepers and asked them to come give us a quote. Bill was above and beyond nice, helpful and respectful to our needs. Bill was a Godsend and worth every penny of the medical grade cleaning. Our son was diagnosed with CIRS and there was mold in our home. We had to do a lengthy remediation and get rid of a lot of our things. Bill worked hard to figure out what combination of environmental cleaners could bring our mycotoxin testing low enough so that our son could heal. Bill and his team are great. They helped us so much during the COVID disinfecting rush when it first happened. Every time someone tested positive in the office we had them here in short order taking care of the office and surrounding area. His team is great for the everyday upkeep of the office as well. Never have to worry about things not being done the next day. Bill is a pretty funny guy too. He does a good job of making you feel comfortable at all times. Great people make a great company!
My mother passed away and her home needed to be cleaned, sanitized as well as personal belongings sorted. Bill explained in detail what he was going to do when he quoted the job. He stayed within the quote and was responsive. It was not an easy situation to deal with but Bill did make the process easier.
