Jason is very professional, easy to schedule small and large custom jobs, fast and high quality service, competitive pricing, and always on time.
Horrible. We had a wool area rug cleaned and we were very confused because it looked exactly the same as before the cleaning. We handed over the cash too quickly and regretted not asking him to atleast go over the rug one more time. We were very disappointed, especially at ourselves...for paying him too quickly.
Family on the way from out of town. Bedroom items in the living room, when a dreaded text informs me that my appointment has been cancelled. It is a Sunday, 9am. I’m calling every number I can on the list to reschedule for the day. Finally, Jason McKee answers. I explain to him my predicament. He says he’s at his parents house and if I don’t mind him being out of uniform he’ll be on his way. Jason did a phenomenal job!
