I live in Mandarin and used to drive here, no more. I paid for full service and was specific in cleaning instructions. Left with sap on my windshield, dog slober still on my windows plus oily wipe marks, trash in doors and leaves on carpet. Smellls like musty rags. I just paid for what? Wash left spots all over my truck. I will now have to send my holiday cleaning my truck and I'm out $50. I wish you could post pictures, there is literally food from my kids still in the cupholders.
My sister just picked her car up and had to come home and vacuum and wipe it down because it wasn't done properly or at all. She got the most expensive option to ensure it was completely cleaned and it wasn't.
I had an ultra clean interior detail and my vehicle looks and smells fabulous! I purchased a Gift Certificate from a silent auction that was donated for animal rescue by this company. I'm so glad I went to Clean Getaway! I will be back and recommend my friends & family! Great work and they support local non profits!
They use cold water and expect you vehicle to come out clean and the pressure you get out of the wand is very weak. Trust me save your money and go somewhere else it is like washing your vehicle with a garden hose.
Worst car wash ever! After emailing them and giving them a chance to rectify the situation, to which they never responded, I have chosen to post my experience here. Took my SUV in for a wash & wax. When I picked it up if didn't look like it has been waxed at all. They charged me extra money for having a 3rd row seat and then didn't even vacuum it.
