The girl who did my car, I wish I remembered her name she did a fantastic job. My family was so amazed on how my car looked.
Horrible. 2 hours for a car wash...and a bad job at that.
My extra mats were left at the check-in station. When I noticed they were not in the car, the person who cleaned my car told me to go back to the check-in station to get them. When I told him the door entries were dirty, he said they would require cleaner. Hello! Is that not what I paid for?!!! The person also received a $5.00 (way too much) tip from me. Another employee overheard the conversation and came over and cleaned them. When I got home, I had to clean the back window and the windshield. Won't be returning.
This place don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them, but in order to be able to post this I had to give it a star. This is the worst car wash service I ever had. Paid almost $50. to get my van hand washed and cleaned in and out. Waited almost 2 hours and I was the 2nd customer of the day, arrived at 9am. At 10:59am I get my keys and my car was still dirty. Just had my car washed. Must be a bad day for them today because my front window is not clean. I asked for a Best wash. There is no air freshener. The car still smells inside. I was told there was not enough people working today for my seats to be cleaned. Not a good job this time. I’ve been going here for years but I think I need to try somewhere else.
Put the tarp back on the roof! You are killing your employees in this hot sun! Hurricane Matthew was LAST October... surely you got your insurance money. This is inhuman!
