I was just here at this location about a week ago. Let me tell you, Frankie was soo kind and had such good customer service. He is the reason i finally signed up for a membership. Please keep up the great work Frankie!
The young lady that was working @the alvernon location 10-13-25 830ish am is an extremely unhappy employee and is causing your customers to be unhappy. I pulled up this morning to clean my car and ask for my new gas card and immediately was approached with attitude.I then called her out on her attitude and she just doubled down on her manipulation that I was the problem. I will not be renewing my membership.
I sent an email to the company -- support@... 3 weeks ago to complain about a recurring double charge on my account from previous months and year and I have not heard back from. I have bank statements to prove it. This company is too cheap to correct their mistakes and give me a refund. They will go out of business bc they don't know how to address this and probably other problems that come up.
