The owner of the company setup an appointment to come out and give me a quote then he showed up a day early with no notice and woke me up to give the quote and then admitted he got his days mixed up. Then I decided to use his services anyways and he shows up to do the work and doesn’t even bring a ladder to be able to reach certain areas of my home and says he would get it later when he came back to stain the porch when we haven’t even agreed on doing the porch yet.
