We are experiencing much of the same issues as the previous reviewer. They do not perform the duties in their contract, have excuses for areas that lack, and have no actual resolution for recurring issues. They fail to follow up and hold their teams accountable, but gladly cash their check every month. We will be looking elsewhere.
Our company tried to use Clean Dude in our newly relocated headquarters. Clean Dude's first impression was very professional, but their actual cleaning services and flippant attitude toward customer service and satisfaction quickly caused this first impression facade to fade fast. We were not going to post a review, but after the response we received from Clean Dude when we called for an ETA on when they will be returning our key, we were not going to simply let let them limp away into the sunset.
