40% review since they did 40% of the work, and they did a poor job what little they did do so they should count their lucky stars. They got paid for 90%, so they really can't complain. I guess I should've known Clean and Dry was going to be an issue when the one thing I said in writing was that I could meet them whenever except a single 2 hour period, and with 45 minutes notice.
