My first pleasurable customer service experience was with Polly, when I called the office to set up an appointment for a free estimate to remove my tree and grind the stump. Very happy with Clean Cutt and the owner, Francis. The owner is very knowledgeable. Clean Cutt removed a huge dead oak tree from my backyard. Very professional, affordable and the yard is cleaner than before the tree was removed. Highly recommend Clean Cutt. Clean Cutt also did an emergency storm related job for my Mom. Quickly and a job well done.

I had a tree come down during a recent nor’easter. This happened around 12:30 pm. I called Francis and within a half hour they were there. About two hours later, the fallen tree was gone and my yard was cleaned up. Very pleased with Clean Cutt. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who may need any tree work. Thanks Clean Cutt!
Clean Cutt did an excellent job with some large trees in tricky locations on my property. They also did a good job with some minor trimming and some brush removal. They were polite and friendly and easy to schedule with. My only complaint was that I was led to believe they would start at 8:30 but two of the days they did not actually start working until very late morning, this may have been due to the cold and ice but was annoying as I had changed my morning schedule to accommodate them.
Price was competitive with a couple other service providers. Service was prompt, curtious and safe. The wood was given to my Father-in-Law and Clean Cutt cut it to the proper length and helped him load his truck. I highly recommend them. Polly was very nice and prompt with her responses.
Francis initially came out to estimate a job on three huge oak trees on my property. He took his time and was obviously knowledgeable about these trees. After getting estimates from three other companies he was the one that was more interested in keeping the trees pruned and healthy then just charging an exorbitant price to cut them down. Clean Cutt Tree Service is 100% of what they say they are. I had several large maple trees, 2 of which were on my roof and skylights. Francis and his team did an outstanding job by removing what had to go. I still have my trees and it really opened up my home especially the two that were literally laying on my roof and 4 skylights. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Everything was cleaned up and I was very impressed by them. Job well done. 8/17
