If you need a tree taken down like we did, it was quite a large tall tree. The work done today was professional and cleaned up perfectly, better than I could do. Skilled workers and polite. Easy to speak with and all information is explained beforehand. I will use this company again and would say. you can’t go wrong with calling and setting up an appointment. Time was met and work was beyond my expectations. My yard does not even show work was done. Like the tree was never there.
Nightmare. I spoke to them over the phone regarding their quote. I asked that they match another tree service rate. We discussed their quote over the phone and they asked me to go ahead and sign their quote to get the work scheduled and the cost would be reduced later. I authorized them to use my credit card for 20% down for a specific amount. They took the initial quote that they sent and ran my card for nearly $800 more. The crew at Clean Cut came out and thinned out our silver maples. These guys were the best; fast, clean and friendly. We were more than pleased with their services. You couldn't even tell they had been there from cleaning up so well afterwards. I would recommend this company hand down
