All staff are very personable & professional. Thorough. Listens well. Strives for excellence. Reliable. Honest.
The cleaning crew(Jeremy and Cindy) just left. I couldn't be more happier with the quality of the work they performed. They were very pleasant and professional, very courteous and took the time to make sure all looked and smelled GREAT!! The owner, Julia, is also (besides all above) very businesslike and accommodating to your time and needs. I'd rate them A+++++
We just had our first home cleaning, and they did an excellent job of deep cleaning. Jeremy & Venessa are hard workers and professionals. They know the best products to use for various surfaces and issues. We look forward to continuing their services.
Ok, but I had to re-clean almost everything.
Business response:
We do try to accomodate the time frame of each client and due to the tight time window it required us to work in the evening. Unfortunately we were not prepared to work in an unlit home. In future, we will use a work lamp during the cleaning of empty homes that we visit after hours since not all houses have built in lighting in every room. Whenever any client is not satisfied with our service, we will make a return visit as quickly as possible to address any issues.
Julia and her company, Clean As a Whistle, were hired to clean my elderly mother's apartment. Their personable approach during the initial clean was wonderful; my mother was very pleased and not at all disquieted by this new service in her home. They did a very thorough job -- with visible results. Everything sparkled! We look forward to continuing service on a regularly scheduled monthly basis and feel that we are receiving great value for the prices charged!
