I'm a tenant of an apartment building and have witnessed these guys spending a lot of time in the lobby bathroom and doing little to nothing in terms of yard work.
Excellent job was down with our strata yard maintenance in Victoria. Very professional, on time, and courteous.
Witnessed employee hiding in bushes on his cell phone multiple times for probably half the time they were here. He also decided to urinated right next to my window. Money well spent /s
