We used them for one season. When they started, the grass turned white after it was fertilized and the renters panicked. He also sprayed multiple plants that were not weeds that didn't come back. I asked Jim to come by and explain it, and called a few times when he didn't show up with no notification. When we asked about getting a new bid this year, he chastized me for asking him come out saying I was rude to his crew. Apparently I'm not supposed to ask when he doesn't show up?
Love these guys and how great they are at lawn care ! It’s quieter and cleaner and they are really dependable!
