Had a new heat pump system installed replacing an oil furnace in my house in Langley, WA. CleanAir Comfort provided a very competitive quote for the high-end Heat Pump system. Colin and his team did a very good job dismantling the old furnace, and installing the new system to my liking. It was a challenge since my house was built in 1948 and previous owner added a new section, but he got it done. The system is very quiet, clean and efficient

We've had this company out to do work on our Viessmann boiler and hot water system. They are AWESOME! Our 17 year old home had never had servicing prior to our purchasing it 2.5 month ago. Colin and Adam came out the first time for the service call and found a bunch of components that weren't working and also instructed us, because we wanted to understand this system (we'd never had i floor radiant heating before) and they spent time explaining things to us. Currently sitting in my new construction home with a gas leak that has been going for the past 7 days. Each day I'm told they will come fix it the next day. After 4 reschedules and "emergencies" elsewhere it's apparent there's no respect for their customers. If a leaking gas water heater isn't an emergency I'm not sure what is. The last update was after an emergency the worker would be over in an hour and a half. It has been well over an hour and a half and no one is here!
