I recently decided to get my carpet cleaned. I have been meaning to have it cleaned for a long time but was worried about spending a lot of money. I also heard that some places can make the carpet look cleaner but don’t really do much for smells. Let me start by saying I've been using Clean 4 Clean for years (and who doesn't love that alliteration)? They are always courteous, professional, and timely. Though they do good quite busy Clean 4 Clean is very accommodating so that you can get your house cleaned as soon as possible. I have a 4 bedroom house and I received a great price for a full, thorough cleaning of all my carpets. The cleaners use some great new materials and really good vacuums and brushes. Hello, I just wanted to say that the technician that came to my house did a terrific job in a very short amount of time! He came right within the time window, walked through the house, explained everything and did a beautiful job. We have been looking for a cheaper alternative to Stanley Steemer, but were afraid we would lose the quality. My daughter had a party while I was out of town and I came back and there were stains everywhere. I was furious with her. So then I goggled Carpet cleaning and Clean 4 Clean came up. They have super low prices compared to other places. I called them and they came immediately that day. “Same day service” they call it. Prior to Clean 4 Clean Guys visiting my apartment, I had a strange odor circling my building. It turns out that we had technical damage that no one was aware of. I had other air duct companies do inspections but they concluded that everything was alright. Thanks to Clean 4 Clean I was able to get rid of the stench in only a few days beyond calling them. New Year’s Day this year brought on a lot of challenges. I woke up, got my bearings and walked out to my living room to find 2 bottles of wine shattered on the carpet, their contents soaking my carpet for a good six hours. I called Clean4Clean a week ago to clean the carpets in my townhome. They had never been professionally cleaned and I really didn't know what to expect. I have 3 kids and 1 dog. I recently had my elderly dog put down and in the few weeks prior she had a lot of accidents. I did my best but I admit the carpets looked pretty bad. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! HORRIBLE QUALITY!! I would not consider return business and certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. First of all the call center does nothing with your quote nor do they articulate that other services will null and void the original. Tech was clueless on arrival as to what i was quoted. Onsite "whole house" (as advertised up to 5 rooms) turned into square footage, and the new quote was 3x the phone quote and then negotiated down to 2x the cost (gee thanks). I called clean4clean in a real panic. My carpets were a mess and I got a surprise call from my in-laws saying that they were coming to visit in a week.
