I have been going to CLE Counseling and Wellness for about a year and a half. Throughout my time here I have seen a couple of different therapists that focused on different areas (such as EMDR). I have consistently worked with Rebecca and Grace, who have had a tremendous impact on my healing, emotional insight and overall wellbeing. AVOID THIS PRACTICE. I drove from Avon, arrived on time, and sat completely unnoticed in their lobby for almost 25 minutes—only to learn afterward that they had canceled my appointment without notifying me. The day before, the office texted that some paperwork was missing. I replied that I had completed most of it and would finish it that day. They responded, “Great. Amazing facility. Professional staff and ownership that completely renewed my faith in traditional talk therapy in America. Telehealth services are also provide the same and nurturing care and space to listen as if it were a conventional appointment. Highly recommended!
