Was on a waitlist for approx 2 months for an ADHD assessment. I was okay with that. They finally got me an appointment and said I had to fill out all these forms online within 48 hours. I filled out everything BUT the credit card form and they went ahead and cancelled my appointment anyway. I’m sure they will respond to this with “we told you you have 48 hours. That’s our policy. Blah blah.” but a place that puts you on a waitlist for months then has no courtesy or patience with you even though you had patience with them…jus... read more
Not sure I could have asked for a better experience. I wasn’t sure who would fit best for me so they helped pair me with Jordan. Jordan has been amazing, always extremely professional, easy to relate to and she is constantly learning and finding new ways to be more effective rather than focus on one method for all.
I had an awful experience here, which is unfortunate considering everything had gone so well with my therapist, Mikayla. She supported me through months of incredibly tough decisions regarding my mom’s life and health, before the heartbreaking experience of watching her die, only months after also having to watch my dad die. I’ve been seeing Jess Sudik for almost a year. She now knows my entire life story and has been extremely empathetic and even remembers the small details when I bring things up again. She is also very energetic and encouraging. I’m looking forward to beginning my journey into EMDR with her and hope to get past a lot of childhood trauma with her help.
