Apartments are old but are clean! Very reasonably priced as well! Nicole the property manager is very friendly and easy to work with. If you have something wrong with the apartment, Nicole gets it taken care of right away.
It’s a great place to meet students! The property manager is very kind and helpful with repairs. The quiet hours is also very nice during weekdays! Would recommend if you are at CLC!!!
Place is a little run down but super affordable and the apartments look better than the hallways. Nicole does a great job with communication.
