Terrible service. When I was quoted by the Hotel a rate for CLC Lodging but, was charged more, I called CLC and asked about it. They said because their rate was not the same as hotel because of their fees and then without my awareness CANCELED my membership because I called the hotel! Do not trust this company. Very sketchy..

Thought this was a great deal. Used it over a month and found it difficult to change things and many times I would get to the hotel and they would not have my reservation. Final problem is when they charged my account for 2 days in a state I wasn’t even in. Called, and they said they would look into it. Called the hotel and they didn’t have me there. 2 days later and no call back. Called them back and they tell me it could be up to a week for them to fix there problem.
