RecommendedIf you are wanting to live in the Clayton area, Clayton on the Park is the place to be. They have an amazing staff, prime location as well as an incredible community. Their building is breath taking with all of its renovations. 10/10 recommend this to anyone!!
Amazing property. Best views in town overlooking both Shaw park as well as the Clayton skyline. Great for walking to restaurants and shops. Staff is fantastic.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at Clayton on the Park! The staff was extremely helpful and the apartment was gorgeous and homey. I would highly recommend staying at COTP when traveling to STL. We definitely will be back!
I went to a party recently and was blown away by how amazing this building is!! The amenities are endless, the design is classy and ultra modern. I wanted to move right in! The staff was professional and friendly and I can’t wait to be invited back :-). Jealous of you if you live here!!!
I absolutely love living at COTP!! The residents and employees are soooo nice - it feels like home! The amenities are absolutely amazing, the rooftop is incredible and everyone seems to 'know your name' when eating at Kingside Diner. Thank you, Penny Wagner, for introducing me to such a wonderful place!
We moved in to COTP at the beginning of January and we are so thrilled with our decision. Life here is so easy and we feel like we are vacationing in a 5-star hotel everyday. The amenities and staff are absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend COTP!
Clayton on the Park has been an awesome spot to live! I have been here for two years and am constantly impressed by the high-touch service, the people and the amenities! COTP does a great job of organizing fun events in the building for residents and friends, and its convenient location in the heart of downtown Clayton gives residents easy access to lots of great bars and restaurants. It has been an awesome community to be a part of and I look forward to more years to come!
