Be careful with this company they were making me pay for and take care of the hvac when legally it was their responsibility as a landlord going as far as threatening legal action for it having to be replaced. They also withheld my deposit for over 30 days making me reach out and remind them I need it back, and when confronted they sent me a document that when inspected you can see it was created on 11/11 but seemed to be back dated to 11/7 to avoid their mistake. If they will show u a rental in a state of disrepair how good of landlords could they be.. The house was filthy with trash and mothballs Cabinets unfinished No working ac Moth balls in every closet and a garage closet filled with cig butts.. If they will advertise and call a house like this rentable I can only imagine what happens when you pay them. My advice ,stay far away
Mrs.Clayton is a very sweet lady but L. Fuller is rude and very unprofessional
