The management aren’t who they say they are. This place is all about the money. They do not care about their tenants. Word of advice, do not complain about anything or you will have a target on your back and you will most likely face a non-renewal. Even if it’s something that’s their fault, they are cheap money hungry individuals and you will be at fault. They bully the disabled, they discriminate and they hate having to spend money on repairs. We love it here! We’ve lived here for 3 years. It’s always clean, quiet, and well maintained. If we need anything from maintenance they are quick to respond and take care of the issue. Our lot is always plowed during the winter. They have great up keep here. I would like to mention that management is very hard to get ahold of. It seems there are just two people working directly on site Susan and Jennifer. I have found they are very hard to work with.
