They were very kind and professional. They communicate very well. It was a great experience.
I went in to have my teeth cleaned . Everyone was very nice and professional. The Dental Hygienist was very good and gentle and was very thorough and friendly, as always. did a great job. and Dr. Mike Sefcik was very good too.
It's always such a pleasure going into the dentist. Everyone from the secretary up front, to the dentists, to the dental hygienists all are experts at what they do. They always take the time to explain what's going on, whether it be good or bad. They also fought extra hard to get my insurance company to cover my visits, where most dentists would have stopped trying.
Very good job by Val and Dr Mike
Paula was great at explaining everything she was doing, why they were doing it and was very careful to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated the transparency. Sitting in a dentist chair is about as vulnerable as one gets so was nice to have someone who respected that taking care of me.
