My experience with Clayton Inspection Service, and in particular, with Jack Feldmann, was exemplary. I appreciate Jack's integrity and commitment to excellence. Through his conscientious work and reporting style, it is easy to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend this company and Jack Feldmann to anyone looking for a home inspection. They are the best in the business.
Mr Feldman does an incredibly thorough job. Spent roughly four hours inspecting the house. He Identified over 20 significant things that needed attention. Meticulous photo-documentation, with a 55 page report emailed to us the same day. Took time to educate my husband on non-problem things every homeowner should know. He checked appliances for recall notices. Made himself available for followup questions after we read report and promptly returned calls. Can't recommend him highly enough.
Arrived on time. Roughly 4 hour inspection. As comprehensive as buyer would hope for-- Identified over 20 significant things that need attention in a high quality 11-year old house. Meticulous photo-documentation. Jack was very knowledgeable, thorough and instructive in his approach to performing our home inspection. His ability to cover the key attributes of construction and his experience with application of code requirements were invaluable. The process from signing on to his services, scheduling, billing, submission of report through followup is efficient and timely. In addition, Jack's engaging personality and openness greatly enhances communication and understanding.
