We got a double wide from Clayton Homes Middlesboro in March 2020 the roof is leaking I called their office their warranty is for only a year! Someone tell me when a roof/brand new roof doesn’t last ten, 20 years now I don’t about on a mobile home but, 4 plus years & already leaking is ridiculous!

Put our home on the wrong location on our 6 acres. I told them and shown them where the house goes and which direction. I was promised by Dave he would do that. Well we are 90 ft from our neighbors.and 45 ft from 2 of the property lines. Not what we wanted at all. Big disappointment I made a mistake and trusted these guys. Well one lies and the rest swears by it. I caught them in many lies. But after months they admitted it was cost effective to shove our house against the top property lines.
