Good place to get new home
I had a great experience! Rachel is simply amazing. She helped me with everything I ever needed. When things weren’t going smoothly with my land, she was right there reassuring me and keeping me calm through the entire process. She went above and beyond. I bought manufactured home from Rachel at Clayton homes in Benton KY. I love it. The specs of the home are as promised. The quality is better than expected and I like the heat pump . They set it up as promised and did what they said to completely get it ready .Would definitely deal and buy from them again .
We were lied to from the start. We were told that land was not an issue,and we would not have any problems. The money was put down at 6 p.m. on a Thursday evening and was cashed at 8:30 on Friday morning. We went back on Saturday afternoon to look at the homes again, and we were treated like we had the plague by Blake. 2 weeks after the realtor saying that all of our options had been exhausted we asked for the money back and all at once the land we looked at was available, and half the price that it was offered at.
